AI / Machine Learning Engineer

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data-driven software development
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation
• Experience deploying models into production environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and MLOps concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Design, build, train, and evaluate machine learning models
• Work with data engineers to prepare and validate datasets
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments
• Improve model performance, reliability, and explainability
• Collaborate with architects and developers to integrate AI into applications
• Document models, assumptions, and limitations clearly
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI practices and standards
