AHE Training Office (type rating helicopters)

Job Description:

Support with the preparation and follow-up of the courses of helicopter pilots and technicians in accordance with the current civil and military regulations (EASA PART147/66, PERAM 147/66, ATO FCL)

- Deliver to the instructor all the necessary documentation to record the training to be delivered (print manuals, prepare USB, ipads, etc)

- Organization Manual layout and translation into English

- Assist in the evaluation of customer surveys.

- Assist with analysis of exam results.

- Assist the training manager in the following tasks:

o Collaborate to prepare and/or validate the programs of the courses that are taught.

o Collaborate to prepare and/or guarantee the availability of the necessary teaching material for the courses.

o Help to planning and control of courses

o Support with control and monitoring of costs and expenses, offers and quotations
