Agriculture Talent Pathways Architect

Avara Foods Ltd is seeking a Talent and Development Officer to design and deliver talent pathways across our Agriculture Division, building sustainable pipelines for farms, mills, hatcheries and support functions.

You'll collaborate with HR, Resourcing and development teams, promote Avara as an employer of choice, and engage with colleges, universities and industry bodies to attract and retain talent. This role requires travel across Agriculture sites and a Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 schedule.
