Agriculture Property Solicitor

Agricultural Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Devon, £65,000+ (DOE) - We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join a specialist team and work with a fantastic range of farming families, landowners, estates and rural businesses across Devon and the wider South West. REF:5421.

THE ROLE:

• You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied caseload while also helping to grow the teams presence within the local rural community.
• You'll advise clients on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters, including: sales and acquisitions involving farms, estates, agricultural land and rural property, agricultural tenancy matters and easements, restrictive covenants, title issues and land registration.
• Working alongside other professionals, including land agents, accountants and other advisers, to deliver practical solutions for clients.
• There will also be scope to play an active role in developing the department, strengthening existing connections within the farming community and creating new professional relationships.

THE ROLE:

• Applications are sought from Agricultural Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE and a strong background in agricultural and rural property work.
• Understands the realities of working with farming families, landowners and rural businesses.
• Has sound technical knowledge across agricultural property law and related rural matters.
• Can build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Communicates confidently and can make complex legal issues straightforward and accessible.
• Is proactive, well organised and comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
