Agricultural Litigation Associate 2PQE+ - Hybrid (Bristol, Bath) - High-Profile Landowner Clients Tier 1 Team.

Responsibilities

• Join one of the UK's largest and most respected agricultural law teams, consistently ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500 and Chambers, and work on high-profile, complex disputes that matter to clients.


• Work with high-profile landowner clients who want long-term relationships with their lawyers and receive practical, clear, commercially sound advice.


• Be part of a smaller specialist litigation team within the department, working closely with a Partner, a Senior Associate, junior lawyers, and dedicated paralegal support.


• Handle your own varied caseload while collaborating on big-ticket matters.


• Practice areas include rights of way and boundary disputes, farm partnership disputes, inheritance issues, contractual disagreements, and professional negligence claims.


• A background in property litigation is useful; agricultural experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Associate with at least a couple of years' PQE.

Working Arrangements & Benefits

Flexibility to be based in Bristol or Bath, with potential for Ross-on-Wye, Lydney, or Romsey. Most people work two days a week in the office and the rest from home. Full-time is 35 hours, with a four-day week option available.
