The Role

You will deliver Agricultural Engineering to Level 3 students, combining practical workshop based learning with classroom teaching. Your industry knowledge will play a key role in preparing learners for careers in modern agricultural engineering. This is a hands on teaching role where real world experience is highly valued.

Ideal Background

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant specialism
• Strong experience working with agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters
• Knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (tickets highly desirable)
• A passion for developing the next generation of engineers

Training & Support

• Fully funded Level 5 Teaching Qualification (apprenticeship route)
• 1.5 hours per week of protected study time
• Ongoing CPD and development opportunities
