The RoleYou will deliver Agricultural Engineering to Level 3 students, combining practical workshop based learning with classroom teaching. Your industry knowledge will play a key role in preparing learners for careers in modern agricultural engineering. This is a hands on teaching role where real world experience is highly valued.
Ideal Background- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant specialism
- Strong experience working with agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters
- Knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (tickets highly desirable)
- A passion for developing the next generation of engineers
- Fully funded Level 5 Teaching Qualification (apprenticeship route)
- 1.5 hours per week of protected study time
- Ongoing CPD and development opportunities
