Role Title: Agile Scrum Master

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £365 - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary

• Experience: 8-10 years, preferably Agile-Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications: CSM preferred.
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence.

• Responsibilities:

o Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

o Manage project scope and timelines.

o Remove impediments and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

o Promote collaboration and high-quality delivery.

• Focus: Servant leadership, team facilitation;

• Key Duties:

o Work with Product Owners to define "done" and manage delivery plans.

o Enable cross-functional cooperation and remove blockers.

o Track sprint progress and facilitate retrospectives.

o Foster team creativity and continuous improvement.

1. Skills-&-Qualities

• Soft Skills: Prioritisation, planning, stakeholder alignment, budget control.
• Agile Duties:

o Facilitate all Scrum events.

o Encourage multiskilling and protect teams from external disruptions.
