Blue chip client is urgently looking for a French or Dutch speaking Agile Scrum Master

Role is based onsite Brussels 2 days per week and Remote 3 days per week

Description: Scrum Master/facilitator The scrum master is a facilitator/leader who ensures the Agile Delivery Team adheres to its chosen process and removes the blocking issues. The Team depends on the Scrum Master to maintain focus on their commitments, shield them from outside distractions and help them to self-organise and collaborate.

Project methodology and Coaching
coach and challenge the Project Team
help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization
remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
ambassador of agile methods within the company
provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
risk & issue management
Sound knowledge of English as well as one local language

Required experience/knowledge At least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical experience:
Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (eg Jira)
Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
Sound knowledge of software development methodology
Sound knowledge of project management methodology
Key to combine Agile coaching aspect and ownership of the delivery.
Experience in big companies (to be able to manage the dependencies in a complex organization).
Experience with multi-cultural teams.
Good Agile mindset.
Business experience:
Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (eg Kanban) Experience in the management of multiple dependencies in complex (banking) organizations.

The location is Brussels and 2 days per week at client site.
