Job Description
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing 
- Enable collaborative, high performing delivery across Affordable Mobiles and the AO Group, leading key agile ceremonies and keeping teams aligned.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive efficiency and quality through continuous improvement, removing blockers and managing dependencies.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog and ensure teams have what they need to deliver high quality work.
- Champion agile principles, frameworks, and tools, introducing best practices that elevate team performance.
- Shape scopes of work, define requirements with BAs and Engineering, and maintain delivery plans across Jira boards and projects.
- Ensure quality through agreed metrics, produce sprint updates, raise risks appropriately, and support alignment across group wide delivery teams.
- Experienced Agile Delivery Lead (or similar), confident leading multi disciplinary teams. Experience in a mobile/telecoms environment would be a bonus.
- Proactive, solution focused, and comfortable owning challenges.
- Strong understanding of multiple delivery methodologies and when to apply them.
- Confident using Jira (essential) and Azure DevOps.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity.
- Great communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and translating between business and technical needs.
- Strong problem solver who helps unblock the team and maintain momentum.
- Committed to positive team culture, psychological safety, and ongoing learning.
- Awareness of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
- Passionate about efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Values diverse perspectives and champions an inclusive, collaborative culture.
