Our client, one of the largest CPG companies in the world, is transforming its processes and tools to become more efficient and strengthen its leadership in the industry. As part of this initiative, internal teams are regularly trained in Agile methodologies with the help of a professional coaching team. Joining this project, you will become part of the coaching team and have the opportunity to work with people from various locations, cultures, and parts of the organization.
Responsibilities
- An Agile Coach is an experienced practitioner responsible for supporting our transition to new ways of working. This includes helping teams adopt and sustain these approaches, and fostering a culture of continuous change and learning. You will provide practical coaching, guidance, leadership, support, and training in modern working methods for both IT and non-IT teams.
- You will ensure that everyone at all levels of the organization remains outcome-focused, visualizes progress, measures results, and coaches teams to resolve impediments.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining motivated, collaborative teams that work well together.
- Identifying obstacles and helping teams overcome them.
- Focusing teams on the most important aspects of product and service delivery.
- Encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement within the delivery teams.
- Coaching and mentoring team members and others to apply appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.
Skills
Must have
- Deep understanding of Agile values and principles
- Application of various Agile practices
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Ability to conduct effective trainings and workshops
- Outcome-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Agile Certifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Deep knowledge of Kanban
- Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with remote facilitation tools (Mural, Miro)
