Agile Coach

Your mission as an Agile Coach is to:

• Drive Transformation: You don't just follow the Shu-Ha-Ri journey-you embody the mastery of Ri, leading organizations beyond the basics into true agility.
• Champion the Customer: As a catalyst for change, you focus on what matters most-delivering real value to the customer.
• Create Sustainable Change: You inspire leaders and organizations to evolve in lasting ways, knowing that top-down change thrives when it's rooted bottom-up.
• Balance Wants and Needs: You discern the difference between what customers ask for and what they truly need, guiding them toward the best outcomes.
• Adapt and Integrate: You merge diverse Agile frameworks, tailoring your approach to fit each client's unique culture and challenges.
• Challenge the Status Quo: You question existing norms, sparking fresh ways of thinking and working that drive meaningful progress.
• Foster a Culture of Growth: You promote collaboration, innovation, continuous feedback, appreciation, and a relentless focus on adding value.
• Design Future-Ready Organizations: You craft dynamic organizational models and lead the transformation needed to bring them to life.
• Infuse Fresh Thinking: You bring bold, innovative ideas that push boundaries and inspire change.

We are not the right place for you if you:

• Have zero Agile experience.
• Like to read the PID before the transformation.
• Would like to keep your knowledge to yourself and you do not want to share it with other coaching-colleagues.
• Think that the framework is the ultimate goal.
• Think you already know it all.
• Are certain that SAFe is the holy grail.
• Want to work in a highly structured, just following orders job.

Wemanity Netherlands was founded in 2016 and we are currently with around 40 experienced coaches. Our office is beautifully located and close to the Plein in The Hague.
