Agile Coach - Banking Client - Brussels

Duration 9 months

Rate: Flexible

Hybrid: Will need to be onsite 2 days per week in the Brussels office.

As a Senior Agile Coach you will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams through agile transformations.

You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices, within the frame of the IT Operating Model.

Your expertise will help us optimize value delivery and enhance our agile methodologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Transformation: Lead and support the agile transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to agile teams and programs, including training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define and execute strategies for adopting agile practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to track progress and provide transparency on agile transformation risks and outcomes.
  • Scaling Agile: Support the scaling of agile teams into Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensure their sustainable operation.
  • Industry Practices: Stay current with industry-recognized certifications and agile methodologies to continuously evolve our practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in agile software delivery and/or DevOps, with hands-on experience in key roles such as Coach, Product Owner, or Architect.
  • Skills: Proficiency with agile life cycle management tools (eg, Azure DevOps, Service Now) and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks.
  • Certifications: Relevant agile certifications (eg, SPC, Scrum Alliance CTC) are highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
