Location OverviewBromley, London - a bustling office with easy commuting routes and central London only 15 minutes away by train.
The TeamAn established team of eight based in Bromley, collaborating daily with Booking and Servicing & Ops teams. The Agency Management Team is core to our Syndicated & Corporate Lending Operations.
Role DescriptionResponsible for preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with bank policies to facilitate closings with clients. Handles routine to complex documentation and interfaces with vendors, legal counsel, line partners, and clients to ensure world class accuracy.
Responsibilities- Manage your own portfolio of agency deals.
- Support the Regional Ops Head and team lead as a senior member.
- Resolve complex problems and execute transactions on a day to day basis.
- Review all credit agreements where we are agent in line with the Bank's risk appetite and LMA agency provisions.
- Work under tight deadlines.
- Build influential relationships with key leaders across the enterprise and industry.
- Ensure communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise between lines of business, with a focus on Leverage Finance partners and debt trading.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and lenders.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
- Manage timelines, exercise sound judgment, and identify escalation points.
- Experience in agency management and/or documents in the syndication loan market.
- Previous project or deal coordinator experience.
- Experience liaising with internal partners up to executive level.
- Loan IQ experience is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, customer focus, data collection, due diligence, prioritization, adaptability, business acumen, oral and written communications, research.
