Aftersales Trainee: Path to Service Advisor

Sandown Mercedes-Benz in Epsom is offering an Aftersales Trainee role to build skills across the aftersales department and promote interdepartmental cooperation within a high performing team.

You will train towards the Service Advisor role, handling admin tasks, daily reporting, customer journey management, invoicing, and WIP control, with structured hours Mon-Fri and overtime on Saturdays.

The position requires English and Maths GCSE and prior customer-facing experience; training is provided.
