Job Description
Hawk Hiring seeks an experienced Aftersales Service Manager to head the franchised dealer's main workshop in Chippenham. You will manage a double-figure team of car mechanics, diagnostic technicians, and service advisors, driving productivity and ensuring manufacturer compliance.
The role offers a £50,000 base salary plus a target-based performance bonus, Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00, and access to dealer diagnostic systems and manufacturer training.
