Omoda Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. Omoda & Jaecoo operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategically minded individual who will contribute to service excellence and deliver a standout customer experience through campaigns and initiatives that enhance the visibility of O&J's Aftersales strategy.

Responsabilities

• Design and implement aftersales marketing strategies aimed at increasing the visibility, brand awareness, and positioning of O&J's aftersales services in the automotive market.
• Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns targeting both dealers and end customers, using a mix of digital and traditional channels: email marketing, social media, CRM, direct marketing actions, and in-person events.
• Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns, improve the effectiveness of marketing actions, and ensure the brand's competitiveness.
• Efficiently manage the aftersales marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and return on investment.
• Coordinate department-specific events and collaborate with other areas of the company in organizing events aimed at the dealer network and final customers.
• Work closely with the Spare Parts Manager, to whom the role will directly report, aligning marketing initiatives with the commercial and strategic objectives of the department.
• Identify growth opportunities, manage strategic suppliers, and lead initiatives that drive innovation and added value in the aftersales experience.
• Lead the development and follow-up of the assigned budget and oversee the P&L performance of the aftersales marketing area.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering.
• Professional experience: more than 4 years of work experience in Marketing Aftersales in automobile sector.
• Proficient in tools such as: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot), Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language requirement: English as working language.
