Lookers is hiring an experienced Aftersales Advisor for our Sudbury Ford dealership. You'll help deliver world class customer experiences by handling calls, arranging servicing, MOTs and repairs, and supporting the Parts team with stock and orders.
The role requires excellent communication, strong customer focus, and the ability to work within a target-driven environment. Salary ranges from £29,000 to £32,000 with bonus potential and a 42-hour week.
