Afternoon Tea Waiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Afternoon Tea Waiter to join the team at St Ermin's Hotel in the Tea Lounge on a full time basis.

As an Afternoon Tea Waiter, you will ensure that each guest that eats or drinks in our tea lounge or terrace has a breath taking experience. You will of course be serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and create lifelong memories.

What will you be doing?

• Paint a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Serve customers.
• Operate the till.
• Work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain standards and have great attention to detail.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Use previous experience gained in a similar environment.
• Be passionate about customer service and quality food & coffee.
• Assist with our daily afternoon tea sandwich presentation.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of our afternoon tea options.
• Assist with the quality control of tea ware.
