We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of a school facility under our management. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrating consistency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitise assigned areas, including restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common spaces.
  
• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment thoroughly and regularly.
  
• Vacuum and mop floors using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal and segregation.
  
• Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential items as needed.
  
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
  
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures, health regulations, and cleaning protocols.
  
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and courteous attitude at all times.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
  
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough, high-quality work.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
  
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during term time.
  
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices is advantageous.
  

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
  
• SHIFTS BETWEEN 3PM TILL 7PM
  
• DAYS TO SUIT APPLICANT X 3 SHIFTS A WEEK.
• 2HR SHIFTS 10HRS A WEEK
  
• 52 WEEKS PER YEAR
• DBS check desirable (we will process one for you if required)
