After School Supervisor

Part-time Term-time only Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 4.00pm-6.00pm

We are seeking a reliable and approachable After-School Supervisor to oversee our Senior School Library after school. The successful candidate will create a calm and productive environment where pupils can study, read and complete academic work independently.

• Supervising pupils aged 11-18 in the library after school.
• Promoting positive behaviour and independent study habits.
• Ensuring pupil safety, welfare and safeguarding at all times.
• Monitoring attendance and managing signing-in/signing-out procedures.
• Supporting the effective use of library resources and facilities.
• Maintaining a well organised and welcoming learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, strong communication skills, good judgement and the ability to remain calm and professional in a supervisory role. Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities is essential.
