Overview
Are you an experienced and passionate leader with a flair for creating unforgettable experiences for children? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fun-filled environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Site Manager or Activity Leader at our new After School Club in East Ilsley.

At uKids, we believe in the power of play and are dedicated to providing the highest quality clubs for children. As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of the action, delivering exceptional experiences, activities and opportunities for children.

What You'll Do:

Uphold Quality Standards: Maintain and elevate the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the camp, from activities to facilities.
Champion Play: Be a passionate advocate for child-led play, ensuring a creative, engaging, and imaginative environment.
Safeguarding First: Securely uphold and implement robust safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including parents, staff, and HG venue representatives.

What You'll Bring:

A strong ability to lead, inspire, and be part of a team.
Demonstrable commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for children.
A secure knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Safeguarding Level 2 certification.
Paediatric First Aid certification.

Desirable, But Not Essential:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care.
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
