We are seeking an Account and Relations Manager to maximize the business potential of our fast-growing, award-winning company.

The Role:

  • Establish and build key partnerships for our Publishing division as an Account and Relations Manager within Better Collective's Commercial department.
  • Manage a portfolio of our most important partnerships in the Brazilian market.
  • Collaborate across departments to understand various commercial activities, including close coordination with the Commercial Team, Partner Operations, and Business Development teams.
  • Based in our Rio de Janeiro office, you will travel regularly to meet partners and attend industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market entrants and work with the Business Development team to onboard them, maintaining commercial and contractual frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners.
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, Tenancy) aligned with company strategy.
  • Provide monthly customer reports highlighting trends and issues, with suggestions for revenue growth.
  • Work with local stakeholders to prioritize partners and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed about regulation, compliance, and market trends.
  • Implement and develop pricing strategies and pipelines for Brazilian assets with the Commercial Team Lead.
  • Deliver quarterly performance reports to partners, identifying optimization opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Commercial or Marketing roles, ideally in iGaming.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, preferably in Affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
  • Understanding of various commercial models: CPA, CPL, CPM, Revenue Share.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic, commercially-minded approach.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
