Affiliate Manager CPA (Turkish market)

Our Partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager for the Turkish casino and sports betting brand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to work in the Turkish iGaming market. The role involves handling various tasks related to the Turkish market, working with different traffic sources, creating links, managing postbacks, following updates, communicating with partners, and resolving any issues that arise. Creativity and new ideas are encouraged in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and test reliable new traffic sources;
• Monitor, analyze, and track active traffic sources daily;
• Prepare monthly reports with transaction details and network analysis;
• Optimize campaigns and communicate with traffic sources regularly;
• Meet reporting requirements and KPIs.

Ideal Profile:

• Experience in a similar role such as Traffic Manager is a plus;
• Understanding of marketing terms like CPA, CPL, CPM;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency;
• Good command of Russian (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of Turkish is a plus;
• Willingness to travel abroad;
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with affiliate systems;
• Strong analytical skills for managing large traffic data;
• Excellent communication skills with partners.
