Affiliate Associate Director - Growth & Client Partnerships

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an Affiliate Associate Director to lead and grow client affiliate programmes from its London office, with three days in the office and a strong client-service focus.

You will proactively manage portfolios, develop affiliate relationships, explore new tactics, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular performance insights while attending industry events and leading a small team.
