Job Description

NMB Minebea UK in Lincoln is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead a 20+ person QC team and embed world-class manufacturing and aerospace regulatory compliance across the site.

You will drive ISO 9001, AS9100 and NADCAP compliance, champion NCR reduction, and maintain a strong shop-floor presence while collaborating with engineering and production to deliver quality and delivery excellence.
