Job Description

We currently have a number of requirements needed throughout the year for team members on our Composites Laminator manufacturing teams. Full training will be provided.

About You

• Ability to learn and understand our processing techniques and materials, including the correct lay up of pre impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques.
• Precision, attention to detail and pride in following complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent hand eye coordination and manual dexterity for performing intricate tasks with precision and care.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems, supporting smooth production processes.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and a positive team attitude.
• Compliance with all health & safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organisation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing production demands and priorities.
• Passion for work and a drive for excellence, contributing to overall project success.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, organisation and maintenance of own work area and wider Cleanroom area.

Work Conditions

Shift schedule: Once fully trained, the role works 4 on / 4 off days and nights.
