Aerospace Hardware Engineering Lead - DO-254 & Certification

P&s Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to drive the design and development of electronic hardware for aviation/aerospace applications. You will define architectures, manage the full hardware lifecycle, and ensure compliance with DO-254 and safety requirements.

The role requires leadership of projects and teams, collaboration across systems, mechanical, manufacturing and quality functions, and active participation in design reviews to deliver on time and to specification.
