Aerospace Concession Writer - Shop Floor Optimization

Morson Edge is seeking a Concession Writer to support the Wing Manufacture program at Filton. The role involves authoring, managing, and securing approvals for technical concessions arising from manufacturing non-conformances, reporting to the Head of Business.

You will work with shop floor teams, Design and Quality Engineering, and SAP-based systems to maintain production flow, drive improvements through QIPs, and reduce defects while meeting delivery targets and KPIs.
