Associate degree or 60 credit hours completed from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Early Childhood Education/Development, Social Work or a related field One (1) year of experience in the Human Services field Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with staff, program participants, professionals, community partners and the public Performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature Assigning, prioritizing, monitoring and reviewing work assignments
