The WW DSP Experience (DSPX) organization serves 4.5K Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across 20+ countries. We are looking for an Advisory Group Lead to oversee the Delivery Service Partner (DSPA) program for United Kingdom and Ireland.
DSPAs serve as the voice of their respective DSP community. They bring diverse perspectives to Amazon's decision making process, and this role ensures their insights translate into meaningful programmatic and product improvements.
While this role requires the ability to optimize processes and mechanisms to surface partner insights, it is a unique program manager role given it's an always on, customer facing position that requires a high level of judgment and emotional intelligence.
Key job responsibilities- Develop and execute strategy to prep and engage approximately 20 advisory group members across two operational models
- Coordinate and moderate bi weekly virtual meetings to connect Amazon stakeholders with DSPAs
- Host and facilitate annual summit, ideation workshops, hospitality events, and station visits to foster meaningful connections with DSPAs and Amazon stakeholders (Role requires 10% travel)
- Partner with business teams across five director level organizations to dive deep into customer pain points and close gaps before they reach the broader DSP community
- Establish mechanisms to surface, aggregate, and action advisory group feedback that informs broad programmatic and product improvements across the DSP organization
- Promote value proposition of advisory groups with internal stakeholders and the DSP community
- Collaborate with other regional advisory group leads to drive global process improvements and serve as a proxy as needed

Basic Qualifications- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience with Asana Project Management Platform, or proven experience with a similar intake and project management tool
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization
