Adviser Training & Transition Lead

A financial services firm in Scotland is looking for an Adviser Training & Transition Manager to facilitate training and support new advisers in their roles. The successful candidate will possess strong training delivery experience within financial services, preferably in Wealth Management, and must hold a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification. This role requires excellent coaching and facilitation skills, alongside a proactive approach to supporting learner development.
