What you will do

• Carry out comprehensive assessments and create detailed reports to support the well being of children and families.
• Specialise in managing long term Child in Need, Child Protection, and Court Work cases to ensure the safety and development of the children under your care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective social care plans.
• Provide counseling and support services for children and families in need.
• Maintain meticulous records of case progress and outcomes to align with legal standards and agency guidelines.
• Assist in crisis intervention when needed, ensuring robust safety plans are in place.
