Job Description

Medivet Quarrington located in Sleaford, Lincolnshire are now recruiting a confident Veterinary Surgeon who holds or is working towards a CertAVP in Small Animal Surgery. The ideal candidate is keen to develop advanced surgical techniques, lead in case planning and peri-operative care.

Thisis a beautiful, well-established practice with an excellent client base and experienced team. Purpose-built, with five consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards and lovely operating theatres equipped with the latest technology (including ECG, orthopaedic equipment, digital/dental x-ray, ultrasound etc).

The practice sees a busy and varied caseload and is a training practice for nurses and vets.

We are offering 40 hours over 4 days per week and 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:30 - 14:30). We are open to considering part time, so let us know what that looks like for you.

Typically, in this role, you'll:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
  • Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Share your skills and support our Medivet communities' development
