Main duties of the jobOur Advanced Practitioners play a vital role in our services - you will support the development and enhancement of practice for frontline workers, including Recovery Workers, Volunteers and Recovery Champions. You will ensure the service meets clinical governance requirements set out by the organisation, national guidance and regulatory bodies, and will always be thinking ahead, identifying ways to improve systems, processes and resources. In this frontline role at WithYou, you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
This position is full time, fixed term until March 2027. Starting salary £27,500 rising each year in line with our pay progression bands to £32,000 per year.

- Demonstrable experience in health, social care, criminal justice or another specialist setting, ideally with young people and a clear motivation for working in the drug and alcohol sector.
