What you will do

• Hold and oversee complex cases within the Families First framework, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Provide advanced practice support, guidance, and consultation to social workers within the team.
• Undertake high quality assessments, risk analysis, and planning in line with statutory requirements.
• Support decision making across Child in Need, edge of care, and safeguarding pathways.
• Chair meetings and contribute to multi agency planning to promote consistent, child centred practice.
• Promote strengths based, restorative approaches when working with children and families.
• Maintain high standards of recording, compliance, and professional accountability.
