Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) is looking for an Advanced Operations Coordinator to join our Service Operations Team at Hornsea Three (HOW03) Offshore Wind Farm, which contains 197 Siemens Gamesa 14MW wind turbines.
Location: Grimsby, United Kingdom.
Employment type: Full-time.
Experience level: Entry Level / Graduate.
Responsibilities- Picking parts and tooling to assist technician team mobilisation and de mobilisation
- Maintain inventory both physically and via SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) system. Optimise material replenishment levels and stock turnover
- Plan and execute material movement between our SOV stores and Onshore stores facility, to align with planned port calls
- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Co ordinate the preparation/provision of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) related documentation and ensure all work is carried out in line with UK legislation
- Co ordinate record keeping, reporting and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history
- Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) & Dangerous Goods management of transport, storage and documentation
- Maintaining calibrated tooling service scheduling
- Basic financial administration. Raising of purchase orders and payment
- Manifesting personnel between transfer methods in the wind farm
- Daily customer reporting using MS Office
- Adherence to SGRE Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) warehouse practices
- A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) system experience is required
- Previous stores/inventory management experience is preferable
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferable
- Offshore working and/or Wind Turbine experience is preferable
