Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Weare seeking a skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and forward thinking team at The Drayton Surgery.

Thisis an excellent opportunity to work across two sites: our well established mainsurgery in Drayton and our newly opened branch surgery at Highclere in Cosham.You will be part of a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary teamcommitted to delivering high quality, patient centred care.

Therole offers flexibility of 48 sessions per week, making it well suited tocandidates seeking a balanced and sustainable working pattern.

Main duties of the job

Asan Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide autonomous, evidence basedclinical care, including

• Assessment,diagnosis, treatment, and nonmedical prescribing
• Managementof acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Independentclinical decision making within your scope of practice
• Workingcollaboratively with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and the widerPCN team
• Contributingto service development, quality improvement, and clinical leadership

Qualifications

• MSc in Advanced Practice

Experience

• - Experience of working as an ANP in a GP surgery
• - Currently working as an independent prescriber
