Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a highly regarded GP practice in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Undertake autonomous clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Prescribe medication in line with clinical guidelines (if qualified)
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Support service development and contribute to ongoing innovation within the practice
Requirements
  • Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant MSc or equivalent
  • Current NMC registration
  • Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience working within primary care or general practice
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision making skills
