Advanced Nurse Practitioner

ConwayMedical Centre and Church Street Surgery are seeking an enthusiastic andpositive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced NursePractitioner to join two busy GP Surgeries in Leeds.

Main duties of the job

You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying outacute care.The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments andacute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good ITliteracy.

Job responsibilities

You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying outacute care.The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments andacute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good ITliteracy.

We would require you to have previous experienceof working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients,also be proficient in the use of System One.Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acutepresentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondaryhealth care team. Also, home visits are required as and when they are needed.

• Experience working in Primary Care

• NMC Registration & Pin
• Proof of immunizations
