Key Duties

• Running minor illness/injury clinics
• Assessing elderly patients in their homes
• Autonomous and team working
• Home visits

Package and Benefits

• Salary circa £55,000 - £58,000
• 30 days holiday plus 6 weeks, plus Bank Holidays

Candidate Requirements

• MSc in Advanced Practice with experience in Primary Care
• Independent Prescriber
• Comfortable working autonomously, under the supervision of the Lead Nurse
• Experience with home visits
