Advanced Clinical Practitioner Vacancy - full or part-time considered

The practice is seeking experienced and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner who can:

• Work autonomously within your professional scope of practice
• Manage minor illnesses and chronic disease exacerbations
• Provide same-day patient assessments for acute and semi-acute conditions
• Conduct home visits as required
• Contribute to the smooth daily running of the practice, supporting our commitment to high-quality patient care

As a qualified and registered ACP experience in a primary care or similar setting is desirable, the ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential.
