What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered social work that empowers adults with care and support needs.
  • Champion the principles of theCare Act 2014using a strengths-based approach.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans.
  • Uphold statutory responsibilities while promoting independence and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified Social Worker (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW)
  • Registered withSocial Work England
  • Good understanding of theCare Act,Mental Capacity Act,Mental Health Act, andDoLS
  • A commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive practice
