Adult Social Worker, Front Door Triage & Assessments

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in North London is seeking a Social Worker to join an Adult Social Care Front Door team. You will triage referrals, assess eligibility and coordinate early interventions to support independence.

We require a Social Work qualification with at least three years post-qualification experience; front door or fast-paced adult social work experience is desirable. Located in North London with good transport links.
