Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor - Up to £65 per hour umbrella - Remote

Are you a passionate Adult Social Care Solicitor looking to make a real difference? Venn Group is working with a fantastic local authority in London in their search for an Adult Social Care Solicitor on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period with strong intention for extension long term.

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK
• Specialism within Adult Social Care Law and experience practising this post-qualification
• Experience working within local authorities, or for a public sector organisation

Duties / Responsibilities

• Advising the clients of the organisation on all aspects of Adult Social Care Law
• Attending and advocating complex cases in virtual hearings
• Advising officers and members in a proactive and sensitive manner
• Mentoring and training less experienced team members
