Job Description
Harbor is seeking an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Toledo team. The role focuses on comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for adults, delivering patient-centered care to promote wellness and recovery.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position requiring Ohio licensure, DEA, BLS, and CPI/NCI certifications with telehealth and EHR capabilities to support high-quality care.
