Adult Insulin Pump Administrator Admin support

Provide a professional and comprehensive administration service to the diabetes insulin pump team working with the outpatient adult insulin pump service, including patients, relatives, colleagues, and those transitioning from paediatrics to adult care and from the antenatal team.
Support day to day administrative needs: printing, filing, answering calls and email enquiries, booking meetings, and managing the diaries of the team.
Efficiently and accurately record data and transform it into monthly and quarterly reports. Review and update patient queries and concerns raised via PALs.
Key responsibilities- Assist with coordinating diabetes technology procurement and device upgrades (insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors) in close collaboration with the insulin pump team, pharmacy, pump companies, representatives, and couriers.
- Liaise with patients, carers, and staff at all levels, including medical staff, to ensure enquiries are effectively dealt with and resolved promptly, with appropriate records maintained.
- Co ordinate the timely delivery of regular and ad hoc data and information requests from the insulin pump team or pharmacy, producing reports as required.
- Undertake additional related project work, such as obtaining information from the internet, collating and reporting survey data, and organising or attending educational events.
- Produce and monitor own work to meet Trust and departmental standards and deadlines, participating actively in regular team and departmental meetings.
- Ensure appropriate stock levels and resources for device training in the clinic.
- GCSE Mathematics & English (Grade C or equivalent)
- ECDL or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in an office environment.
- Experience working as a team member.
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
