Adoption Support & Family Worker - Life Story & Contact

Semester Recruitment is seeking a Family Support Worker for Thurrock Council, based in Grays, Essex (RM17 6SL). The role is temporary agency work with weekly pay, paying £18.00-£23.43 per hour via Prism, starting 8 September 2026.

The role involves direct work with children, young people, and their families within the adoption support service. A formal social work qualification is not required, though experience in adoption, fostering, or looked-after children contexts is advantageous.
