Adoption Panel Lead: Permanency & Quality Insights

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an Adoption Panel Advisor to join our permanent team in Southend. This full-time role involves coordinating Permanency & Fostering Panel activities, training panel chairs and members, and delivering high-quality governance and reporting to drive outcomes for looked-after children.

The successful candidate will hold a social work qualification, be registered or eligible for registration, and have a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
