Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

We are recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a well run nursing home in Finglas. This role is a clinical leadership position that requires experience, empathy, integrity and kindness.

Location & type

Finglas, Limerick - full time, permanent.

Qualifications

A current NMBI registration
Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
A warm, person centred approach to both residents and staff
Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
A calm, supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment
