Full-time: 35 hours per week

Fixed term: until July 2026

The Opportunity:

The University of Edinburgh's Curriculum Transformation Programme (CTP) is a long-term initiative, working to review the shape, design and delivery of the curriculum to meet the needs of future students. The Admissions Operations Manager (CTP) will be based within the Admissions team in Student Recruitment and Admissions (SRA), and will play a key role in understanding the impact of CTP on undergraduate admissions. This role holder will be responsible for developing, implementing and communicating entry criteria and selection approaches for all undergraduate programmes, with a special focus on any changes relating to the transformed curriculum.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), fixed term until 31 July 2026. We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

The salary range for this post is£40,247 to £47,874per annum.

  • Experience of analysing and solving problems, with an appreciation of possible longer-term implications.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to influence multiple stakeholders, maintaining trust and support.
